Syed M. Hussaini (President)
As the President of the Accurate Group's Infotech Division, Syed is responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the company, national business development and day-to-day operations. He brings to the company an in-depth knowledge of various industry verticals, strong process orientation, great understanding of technology, training and people management skills. He is a business systems executive with over 27 years' experience. He has an extensive background in planning, developing, deploying, and managing large successful systems projects for various multinational companies and Government agencies in the USA. For a person who has a passion for driving, being able to drive the company to raise the 'performance organizational bar' comes easy. And that's what Syed does with grace and control - leading by example through every curve and turn. As a truly hands on leader, Syed leverages his vast experience and unique business insights to deliver breakthrough deliverables. Syed holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
Jay Homedi, P.E. (Chief Executive Officer)
Jay Homedi is the Chief Executive Officer, and is responsible for Planning, organizing and implementing all corporate strategies and operations. Largely credited with Accurate's increased growth and earnings, he is responsible for all aspects of Accurate's global financial functions including financial planning and strategic sourcing.
Jay brings to Accurate a high process and strong bottom-line orientation coupled with a deep knowledge of global best practices. At Accurate, and to his clients, Jay is known for his tireless energy and drive as well as for his strategic thinking.
Jay has an extensive experience with various multinational companies and US government agencies. Jay has been nationally recognized in his field and has received numerous awards throughout his professional life.
Jay holds a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Roosevelt University, Chicago.
Junaid Nawaz (Director, InfoTech Division)
Junaid Nawaz is the InfoTech Division Director of Accurate Group's Infotech Division and brings with him vast experience and skills, which is a big asset to the company. He has major expertise in IT Management, Project and Budget Management, IT Outsourcing Strategy, Requirement Analysis, develop, implement and deliver IT customer sales and services. He has been involved in the growth and development of the IT division with his excellent leadership skills and the ability to provide vision and mission for the organization. He demonstrates integrity and accountability, adaptability, and has very strong knowledge and understanding of business operations management and problem solving skills.
Junaid has extensive cross-functional experience in business development, technical support operations, conceptualizing and executing new projects and managing profit centers. He has deep understanding of the mechanics required to effectively build a scaleable off-shore operation in India catering to global customers
He holds a bachelors degree in Instrumentation Technology and a masters degree in Computer Science from the Loyola University of Chicago.
